John’s Delaware Lodge
John's is a transitional housing program for employed individuals or couples, rehabilitated from drug and alcohol abuse or homelessness. These apartments are fully furnished, offer affordable rent and are on a monthly lease. Utilities, trash and cable are paid for by Quest for Excellence. The rooms are spacious and safe. No alcohol, illegal drugs or tobacco products are allowed on the property. This property is monitored regularly.
Random drug testing will be administered monthly. Apartment inspections will be held at least once every month. For more information, please call Carol Jackson at (317) 283-5730.
